Article 1 - Definitions

1.1. In these general terms and conditions the following definitions apply:

- "Web store": Sico Designs, a one man web store located in the Netherlands.

- "Customer": the natural person or legal entity who enters into an agreement with the online store.

 

Article 2 - Applicability

2.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between the online store and the customer.

 

Article 3 - Offers and Agreements

3.1. All offers are without obligation, unless stated otherwise.

3.2. An agreement is concluded when an order confirmation is sent to the customer by e-mail.

 

Article 4 - Prices and Payments

4.1. The prices stated are in euros, excluding VAT and shipping costs.

4.2. Payment must be made via the payment options stated on the website.

4.3. The customer has the obligation to immediately report any inaccuracies in payment details provided or stated to the online store.

4.4  VAT and shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. These costs depend on where you live.

 

Article 5 - Delivery

5.1. The online store strives to deliver orders as quickly as possible after receipt of payment.

5.2. The specified delivery times are indicative and not binding.

 

Article 6 - Returns

6.1. The customer has the right to return the received products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the right of withdrawal.

6.2. The costs for returns are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

 

Article 7 - Warranty

7.1. The online store guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated in the offer.

 

Article 8 - Liability

8.1. The liability of the online store is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product in question.

8.2. The online store is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage resulting from incorrect use of the delivered products.

 

Article 9 - Complaints procedure

9.1. Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to the online store within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described.

9.2. The online store strives to handle complaints within 14 days.

 

Article 10 - Intellectual Property

10.1. All intellectual property rights relating to the products belong to the online store.

 

Article 11 - Applicable Law and Disputes

11.1. Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.

11.2. Disputes between the customer and the online store will be submitted to the competent court in the district where the online store is located.
